Freehand Machine Embroidery Workshop Saturday 14th October

Good morning,

A couple of weeks ago I taught four more students freehand machine embroidery. It was a fab fours and they took to it like ducks to water.

In the workshop they learnt how to hoop up their fabric to the correct tension, set up their machines ready to get cracking and add applique fabrics to their work. By the end of the class they each had a framed card of their favourite stitch to take away.

They also had their experimental pieces to take away, don't these look fab?

The feedback from the class was really lovely too...

'Excellent course... had previously tried freehand machine embroidery but found it too difficult but managed it here'

'Meg was brilliant relaxed and helpful there was no pressure and had a really enjoyable day'

'Meg is a lovely friendly tutor ... I love her work and hope to make my own creations after a bit of practice'

There will be more courses run in the new year so if you would like to sign up keep an eye on the workshop page

See you soon
